This is very helpful considering I don't like the Looter shooter system and play the more realistic experience on all other PvE content, I will say that the Assault class is especially helpful if you're just getting a feel for things, it's really easy to compliment with buffs from rations and preparations to turn yourself into a tank. So if you've got a couple friends running more specialized classes, it's great.

I’m very late to this party, I have only been playing for just over 100 hours, and this video tutorial series will help me enormously ..it’s sort of pre warning me of what I still need to do😮. I have recently topped out my skill tree, my gear level is high at 200+ but my exp level is only around 35 , so I’ve lots of missions still to do to get it higher. Very helpful tips with the presets etc Havoc. Having the right setup for the different environments on Golem is essential. I say that from a spectators viewpoint rather than a participant because I’ve only raided once and let me just say it didn’t go so well, and that’s an understatement. In hindsight I was a little hasty going in to the raid so early (spurred on by my over eagerness to get the Koblin etc) and I might have been better served to wait a bit longer until my confidence and knowledge were sufficient to enter a raid. Never mind, it is what it is and what’s done is done.

Maxed out every class, got all the way to xp 99 but always played regular style, now literally everything is done with the exception of daily missions. I’m curious about gearing and raiding. Yes véry late :p However. Been collecting some 252gear by doing elite daily’s and tried my first steps in raiding. The 3 other ppl i was matchmaking with were near or at lvl300. Yes i AM a complete noob now 😂 this tutorial will give me at least an idea to start in the first place. I guess everything will be trial and error for me, if not getting kicked by the complete lack of knowhow of this gamemode. Though i hope some ppl in there understand by looking at my gear and the way i play and give me a chance. Played wow for years. Could it be even more toxic than that? I hope not, but i guess there will be some elitists :)

Hey buddy, it depends on what are you looking for. Handling helps with the recoil when you have to autofire in a firefight and the 25m Marking is also very useful combined with the Automarking perk when you sneak into bases. But if you´re good with an other combination of pers then it´s up to you of course.

Would be nice to see loadouts that arent maxed out and have the most ideal traits attached. Since these vids are for people just starting and learning raids, some of these attachments are locked behind raid rewards anyway. Maybe a starting out section could point out loadouts that most players would have when starting raids but not necessarily rely on perfect/elite traits.

Hello Rex, the only thing that you really need when you start Raiding is the M4A1 or/and the 4-AC and both of them you can get in the open world and maria´s shop. Same goes for ALL of the attachments on both of the Weapons. None of them are locked behind the Raid nor any mission, you just have to pick it up in the open world or buy it at maria´s shop. And since you have to grind to level 150 anyway to even get into a Raid you have more than enough time to get all the parts and weapons. In terms of the clothing/gear it doesnt matter with what you go into your first Raid because you will get high drops emmediatelly after you beat your first boss, so i dont really understand what is behind your request, but i hope i could clear things up for you a little bit. Also if you´re looking for great players to raid and play with, we have a big and friendly server full of people across all platforms that will help you with anything you need and answer questions that you might have along the way. Hey Andrew, I´m that i could help. We are using different ammo type to have double the ammo. If you use for example 2 primary´s with 5.56 ammo and you have let´s say 500 5.56 bullets with you, then these 2 weapons have to share the same ammo pool and you have only 500 rouns for 2 weapons. But if when u use different caliber like for example 1 primary with 5.56 and the other one with 7.62 ammo, then you have a double the rounds because you´re using both of you´re ammo times. I hope i could explain this right.

So I don't think I have all the weapons/gear you're recommending either, for the different presets. Yeah exactly you carry all the ammo anyway and with 2 different caliber weapons you make use of all that ammo that you cary anyway. You´re right it´s a little catch22 with locking the Cerberus behind a boss fight in the critical Raid but it´s really not hard especially with the right team. Hello mate, yeah you can play immersive and your lvl is leveling up in the background and as soon as you pass lvl 150 you can get into raids. Yeah it´s a little dumb to have to have the gearscore on for the raid but it´s understandable because the raids have their own difficulty and the enemies are nothing like in the regular game. We raided also with no hud at all and you can do it but as long you´re new to the raid i would not recommend it, on the other hand you don´t lose anything when you die so you can try it out without hud and map.

I selected the raid part but it mentioned something about starting from a prior point and I didn't have what I earned from the immersive gameplay. Does going back to raid make you lose progress or it's just a separate DLC that has no impact on immersive single player? I'm just confused.

Hello Eric, you won´t get all the items in 1 raid this is true. But you can unlock all the perks, solid weapons etc. in advance. It will take you about 10 Raid resets to reach lvl 300 and from then on you can start collecting the stuff that you want. It´s a little bit of a grind but really not much.

Hello mate, the Raid drops are random and you can not control what you get. It can be items from any class and many times you get the same items more than once. So in order to collect all the items of one class you gotta do a lot of raids if you´re unlucky. If you´re just after the class items and nothing else i would level up the class instead.

Hey Tony thank you for your comment, no worries this is a valid question. Outside the Boss Fights you shouldn´t have any problems getting ammo, so you probably mean for the 2nd and 3rd preset. In this case you have 2 options, either you use your secondary weapon as well (this is what i would recommend) which should be another ammo type than your primary. Or if you don´t want to do it switch burst forth for pack mule, but it shouldn´t been necessary if you use both weapons. 😉😎

Hello Rose, the fastest way of leveling is to doing the Elite Faction Missions and repeat them over and over again but this get´s boring pretty quick. But if you´re into the storyline then i would suggest Episode 2 & 3, Amber Sky and the Resistance Event. This goes a little slower but at least it´s not the same all the time. Does this mean my class has them equipped without taking a slot. Or just a visual glitch. Question 2. Let's say I am running panther. And I switch to let's say assault. Will the affects from panther remain active while I'm on assault. Or does it go away and I only have the assault affects.(perks).

Hello Steve, to be able to enter the Raid you need to have Gearscore turned on and at be at least Gear Level 150. And then you need a full Squad to be able to enter the Raid. This means you and 3 friends or random guys that you can team up with. Hello Roger, the Echelon class is also my favorite in Breakpoint UbiSoft nerved the Echelon class for the Raid and it´s very weak in Raid. This means you can´t take much damage, when you get hit you almost die immediately and the Sonar is very weak. You can mark only 10-15 Meters around you and this is not much. If you are new to the Raid i would recommend the Assault Class and then later when you get some experience and you know how to stay alive in the Raid you can try out Echelon. Tried my first raid last night.. I believe the random person was hacking as he was teleporting all over the place but somehow was not able to revive us when we were down. He carried a person and teleported too. Kinda ruined my experience :(

Hey Dirk, most of the stuff you can find in the open world but outside of the raid the max level of the items will be lvl 250-252. The Gear and Weapons that are labeled with a Star are called signature gear and can be obtained only by beating bosses in the raid. Same goes for gear and weapons that are above lvl 252. Hello MindOfPyro, the Weapon is the 4-AC Assault Rifle. The Weapon itself has some recoil, it´s the perks the gear the attachments and some recoil management that turns this Weapon into a laser. If you follow the video you´ll see what i´m using and you should be able to recreate the same Weapon as i have.

No problem Jesse, i try to reply on every comment. Sometimes i don´t see every comment but i´ll do my best. You don´t need special armor for the Raid. You only need a total lvl of 150 to join a raid, the kind of Gear and Weapons doesn´t matter to join. But once you join the Raid and beat some of them you´ll get better Gear and Weapons from Boss drops that you can use to upgrade your Character.

Hey TryAngle, no you don´t need any of this Gear to do a Raid. But once you´ve done some raids and got some of the better gear, then this is one of many ways to set it up.

Hey Stuart, the Gear wont make you beat the raid no matter how good or how bad it is. You don´t need elite weapons or gear to enter and beat the raid, but I´m not gonna lie it helps. If you have never done a raid then you won´t have most of the gear that you see in the video but like i said you don´t need it. Get you a decent Weapon from Maria´s Shop or find one in a crate and with a good team you wont have any problems beating the raid. If you´re looking for great players to play with you are welcome to join our Discord Server and you´ll find plenty of helpful players that will guide you thgrough the raid no matter what gear you have.
