Had an experience like this for the past 2 nights. Was having trouble with Hardcore in The Division 2, but a decent guy messaged me and asked if he could help me get the endgame, having trouble with trolls in the past (but not in hardcore) I was decidedly uneasy about this. We took our time, I had a few close calls, but we made good time the first night. He was raring to go the second morning, but I was deep in the sticks and, my route wouldn't be finished for another half a day. With only 2 campaign missions before the final, we finished in under an hour, he bid his farewell and we separated after the final mission. In the past, during the XB360 days, I made friends based on who I could trust watching my six, probably made me jaded to trust others but sometimes you make connections in the strangest places.
@jericho1-42 күн бұрын
It's very rare nowadays to come across someone who hasn't been influenced by game lobbies over the years to be an asshole and is still a decent individual, as time passes they get rarer and rarer to find. They don't talk down to others, nor try to tell you how great they are, they let their gameplay speak for itself. They don't hog loot or weapons and actively understand that for a brief time they are playing with you it's a team effort and can easily assimilate to that idea from playing solo.

i used to watch him , stonemountain and the tactical brit about a year ago almost everyday play warzone. the game was semi tactical, but these guys were good at communication i could say. they were a treat to watch, almost felt as though they were bestfriends from the same school. then warzone descended into madness, and i ran to tactical games. found your channel. you, drewski, controlled pairs and so many others through your efforts make this genre such a homely friendly place to be (instead of the sweatfest i would expect as a forever noob). the giggles you people share. and your videos are really special. wont flatter by saying i have watched each of them, but what you say about teamwork in games resonate deeply with me. i think that applies to social life too....people dont see the efforts sometimes someone puts. sadly i am a weirdo in reality so its more visible to me just that. thanks for making all these videos, i love you man

Honestly the GR community has been one of the more uplifting and cooperative shooter communities that I've interacted with. The sweaty guys who just wanna do Milsim LARPing are all in discord servers finding private games, so anyone you queue up with on open matchmaking tends to be pretty chill. The vets who have been around the block just want to help out and are generally very patient, the noobs are usually willing to listen, and everybody in-between is usually just vibing and trying to do their part. I've had so much fun in Wildlands and BP with open matchmaking into squads.

I grew up with OG Battlefield. Makes me laugh when you see the ADHD madness of games like CoD. I usually pick my way round the map carefully looking for pinch points or set up as an LMG support gunner for high traffic areas to stop team mates dying as soon as they walk through doors. So many times I play like that and half the team are spawning in on me and suddenly playing super cautious. This video reminds me of the old BF days.
