I will be starting my bee hive in the spring. I’ve been watching and studying. Your videos are honestly the best. I was at the point that I was almost giving up but you clarified and simplified things. I really love them. Up close views and explanations. Bees🐝🌺🦋💕

Not sure if you still comments in old videos but, I was wondering what the benefit is to the many small entrances instead of the main one that you seem to have blocked. Was this just because it is a new hive starting? Many thanks!!

Thanks for making this video I am the first time beekeeper I needed to know when to treat my bees I got them in March and is it a good idea to put a queen xcluder on the very bottom of the box to help keep the queen from leaving but I do not know how long should I leave it on

Thanks so much for doing these videos, I enjoy watching them and learning. ! am in mid Michigan and I just did my day 10 inspection and I could not find the queen or larva. I will try again in a day or so. I saw a few cells of pollen but not many. The comb is built out some, I guess as much as I would expect in 10 days and lots of nectar in the cells. I have new plasticell foundation and 1 deep chamber. At what point do I consider a new queen?

Jim you should definitely have eggs and larva on day 10. You don't need to see the queen, just the eggs and larva. If you dont have any by now you should get a new queen ASAP. Thanks so much for watching and commenting. This will help many people with the same issue.
