After filming the video, I had to go play around in the prefab editor to take a good look at the house. I have ideas :)

@@WaywardEko Just leave the drop square at the top in the center and all other walls can be vaporized. I do suggest the areas that have the diagonal wall to the side of the house leave at least two blocks. Rest tear away at your leisure. Also there is a hidden weapons bag up there next to where that fake wall popped right as you went up.

In your base there is a hidden weapons bag you can get to from the roof, there is a metal panel on the roof and you can hit the roof wood to the left of it for easy access. It is on one of the lower peaks, not sure how to describe it correctly.

A bit of artificial drama, there. All you would have had to do is jump over the spikes. I picked that same POI as my first base in the current run and it was one of the easiest POIs to clear *because* of the spikes. Good editing, though. I see you're rocking Tem's 'action-on-the-beat' style. Nice.

Oh, it wasn't artificial for me, I thought that was going to be a day one death :) I've seen zombies diagonally path through those spikes tooo many times. Thanks for the feedback!

Thanks so much VioletGrey! I'm struggling with performance like the rest of us! It's early game and single player, so we'll see how it gets over time! For settings I'm running stock High settings on 4k w/ some slight modifications. I downscale my gameplay to 1440 in OBS.

@@WaywardEko i wish the game would run better. I just bought a 3080 and seeing it sit at 20% utilisation feels like a joke 😂 but yah looking forward to this series! Iam playing a undead legacy playthrough myself right now and gonna be really interesting how you do things :)

@@VioletGr3y So from my understanding, 7DTD doesn't properly leverage GPUs and tend to bottleneck on the CPU. It also only has the ability to use 2 cores on the CPU I believe -- so a good chunk of my 12 core processor doesn't do much.
