Oh my gosh Lincoln! He knew you were upset and, in his little boy way, he put his arm around you to give you support.

The land that you love, the home that you, Joel and the kids have helped build, is more than just a home. It’s your Castle, your safe place and one of memories forever to cherish. These memories are forever, every moment, every footstep the kids have taken to help in the shop, or Joel and you carting things up and down the stairs. These memories are priceless. Enjoy them, however slow they may sometimes seem. These are the memories that seem to pass too quickly in our lives as we get older, as our children grow and have kids of their own. These are the memories that will bring you laughter and make you think; “what was I so worried about”? I wish I could go back to that time again. Hang in there, you’re correct, “one day at a time”.

Why don’t you organise a weekend working bee. Especially while Joel’s back is sore. And remind yourself how much you have achieved and you can t regret the memories you have all made. Tomorrow is a new day so just breathe . Love your work and family. Lovely to see you all truly truly happy again. Your holiday was so needed!😊

Joel never told us you guys sold buckets already! We didn't even get a proper goodbye😂 The Lord works in mysterious ways, my dear Bonnie. Having faith that it'll work out the way it is supposed to. You've been through a lot while building your dream house. Give yourselves grace 💜 Lincoln that was so sweet giving your mom a huh when she needed it.

Bonnie, I've dreaded something badly for weeks & felt like you.. by admitting it aloud somehow that gave me the incentive to get it done. I've been there & done that many times. Lincoln didn't want you teary which was soo darn sweet. Wondering if possible could you give an update about lady's health. Love & appreciate you for sharing your good days & difficult days too.

Yes! This week I hosted an employee engagement meeting at work that I’ve known about for months. I’ve put it off for months. It wasn’t even a difficult thing, but something in me just couldn’t commit to JUST doing it. I had an entire kid-free weekend right before it was due, and didn’t end up finishing it until right before it as due. Now that it’s over, I feel so much better. But I had so much unnecessary anxiety about it.

I’ve been feeling very overwhelmed this past month and you made me feel a little less alone knowing that this is a normal feeling to be having. “One day at a time”💛
@TimeForASandHeartАй бұрын
Okay Bonnie, I'm going to be giving you some tough love! You say you're overwhelmed & don't want to cry & don't know why you feel that way! Well you have had an incredibly difficult year for sure with moving, your parents gone on their mission, & of course Ruby & those issue's! That is overwhelming with just one! You need to stop being so hard on yourself & realize you've had a hard time! You're allowed to feel like you do. My God, you are so skinny from stress & Joel is in so much pain. You look absolutely beautiful!🥰 However, any normal person couldn't handle one of those things! I want you to take 15 minutes every day & do 4-5 deep cleansing breaths! Put your hand on your tummy & take a breath in through your nose feeling your tummy blow up. Then slowly blow out your mouth with pursed lips.😗 it'll take a few times to figure it out, but once you do you should feel very loose & relaxed!😝😮 If you can't make this a routine it will come naturally & I promise you will feel less overwhelmed in life! Girl, you are so much stronger than you give yourself credit for!🫡 You tell yourself at least 5 affirmations a day you'll start feeling worthy of good things & you'll stop being hard on yourself!🙃🥰 I love you & the family & don't like seeing you hurting! 😢 so I hope you take this positively & apply it! You're Awesome Bonnie! God Bless You All!❤️🥰🙏✝️😇❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

You put all you had into that build with a lot going on while doing it. I am sure it took everything in you to finish. And once you stop and your body is wore out, it’s super hard to find motivation to do any more projects. You made it though! You all should be beaming with pride that you made it through! I am proud of you all.😊

Bonnie, you have to give yourself some grace. You’ve made it through so much in the last year and have remained your same sweet self. You don’t need a reminder of what’s gone on, so I won’t even go there. Just know you are loved and appreciated by all of your true friends, viewers, and family. Cry if you need too, you can even scream if that helps you. No judgement here, we’ve all been through tough times and need to be more patient, loving and supportive of each other.

In my thirties my family met with trauma. We had sooo many people who told us what we should do. If we didn’t follow their rules for our life some went so far to turn their backs on us. It was a hard lesson to learn that what they dictated was not what we had to do. We have spent many years learning that we knew what was best for us. Don’t worry about the opinions of others. Take care of Bonnie, Joel, Olivia, Cody, Boston, and Lincoln. You have a fine life. “One day at a time!” ❤️
