Love it, GQ! I divide plants the same way...when you cut that fern in half, I thought to myself, "cut that In half again!" I'm always cutting stuff up! I love that coral peach begonia!!! Good texture with the cool, green fern and the pink polka dot plant. Was Penelope helping??

I desperately need to add drip because I am hand watering all of my containers. I have soaker hoses for my ‘in ground’ plants but it just doesn’t work well. With that said, I love your container and the obelisk is beautiful. You can sometimes find them at estate sales too, 😃

I just subscribed while looking for some help in trying to start a cut perennial garden in memory of my mom, who past away a year and a half ago. I started while she was living with me by planting limelight hydraneas, roses., day lilies and dahlias. My yard is huge and take full sun. I could use some help with choosing the right flowers. I always buy a fern from Coscto and I use a large steak knife (with the teeth) and cut that baby up. You get so many more ferns. Great minds think alike GQ
