Some people here are commenting that they want unique Bengali recipes and not 'simple' recipes like Begun bhaja etc. Sorry to disagree with them but these recipes are quite unique to Bengal, but gradually fading. My father says that during their times, a wedding menu would be incomplete without these long begun bhajas. That tradition is changing. Also, these recipes might be simple to a lot of people but not to newbies who want to make these and have nobody to guide them. Thanks for being that guidance always, Bong Eats! P.S. I just shared your 'how to make rice' recipe with an American friend who struggles to make proper rice. These things look very simple from one pov but not for everyone!

দারুন! এমনিতে ইউটিউব-এ কত রেসিপি আছে, কিন্তু এইসব সাধারণ রেসিপিগুলো খুঁজলেও চট করে পাওয়া যায় না। বেগুনভাজা বানানো খুব একটা কঠিন নয়, কিন্তু ঠিক কায়দা করে বানানোটাই সমস্যা। আপনাদের রেসিপিটা বানানোও সোজা, আর খেতেও দারুন 😋
