I gotta agree with a lot of stuff you guys said. This song has such a dramatic structure to it and it has this almost hypnotic quality to it too. And I absolutely love that, that's what Black Metal is all about, atmosphere and rawness. We have all the behemoth discography with all those death metal-forward songs on them, which are suitable for mosh-pits and whatnots, but I'm really excited that we are (probably) getting a truely different experience with this new album. Loved the video too. \m/

Another fantastic unholy offering from Nergal and the boys. I love Behemoth. Outstanding video too, as we've come to expect from Poland's finest. Cheers guys.

This is the second time I listen to the song and first time I watch the video. A few minutes longer and it's a short horror movie, one of their best videos ever and I hope there is a sequel. The song is good and I liked it more now than when I played it before, it sounds like more of the same thing since the satanist, but I wouldn't expect them to make songs like from thelema either..that would be weird. I think it's impossible to chase two rabbits at the same time... or three.. you choose to get heavier, more melodic or darker and atmospheric. I guess they are getting more melodic and atmospheric. We will see.. we wiil see...

I am biased. I was born in Poland. I met Nergal and Orion. I have been the band's fan for 25 years. And I dare to say-BEHEMOTH are one of the best 10 metal bands in the entire history of the genre.

There's so much to write about here. Let me break it down. Firstly thanks for giving me an earworm I've definitely not wanted. "This is the studio version, live is live." ... nana na nana. 😂👍 Secondly I have to get out my mandatory dad joke here. This song is a slow burn. Sort of when you drink a whole litre of milk and THEN have some jalapeños. Thirdly a lot of videos tell stories obviously, but this felt like a whole short film. Fourthly the song is good, but I feel that Behemoth might have fallen into a certain trap ever since the release of their 2014 album "The Satanist". Before that the Poles were rather fast-driven, blasting black / death metal, but since "The Satanist" Behemoth have morphed into a slower, more methodical, in parts epic outfit, which I like, but: The aforementioned trap consists of them repeating the formula that gave them critical acclaim even outside of metal (a friend of mine doesn't like metal at all, especially extreme metal, and even he things "The Satanist" is fuckin' great). But repitition can make you sound stale. And I feel Behemoth are lingering on the edge of staleness and pandering to a certain audience and the audience's expectations respectively. Interestingly this coincides (or more than that) with Nergal's cancer diagnosis in 2010. Before that Behemoth released albums no more apart from each other than three years. So ever since his cancer diagnosis the music has changed and the release schedule has slowed down (rightfully so, I think). Intriguing. Sorry for this rambling, but I felt this video and song warranted a more closer look. PS: Goodness gracious. Good thing I always proofread what I've just written. While I was so indulged in my thought process, I misspelled various words. ADHD for the win, baby! 🤘😂

i like a few albums but never could get into behemoth really.. just seems very formulaic, especially since the satanist forward....he should switch it up abit and release a all neo folk industrial metal album and call it "the christian" to really put people on their toes ha

The video itself was well produced and cool but the song is rather weak and boring from Behemoth ngl. From what a friend told me, Nergel said this album is about “cancel culture and social media”. It’s sad that Nergel is so caught up in wanting to basically give a middle finger and rebel to the way society is instead of making decent music. He’s no more of a douche than the people who try to cancel him out. I’m all for standing up for yourself, but sometimes you get so caught up in wanting to prove points we already know you forget the things that matter in the present. Topics like those are so stale in music, especially metal. Hopefully there’s at least one decent song on this album

Satanist was their magnum opus in my opinion, after that, all the stuff I heard from Behemoth was generic including this song. Boring stuff.
