Dario is pure class

I was just one year from arriving in the U.S. from Glasgow, Scotland, when I listened to the 500 in 1959. Jimmy Clark would become one of my favorite drivers soon after. I remember walking in Gasoline Alley with Jim Crawford early in the month of his first year at the 500 and telling him about my time in Scotland, and he telling me he planned to be the next Jimmy Clark at IMS. I did photograph all of his encounters with the Turn 1 wall. I had hoped he would do better at the track. Of course Dario has been a favorite since his arrival.

@@LTV_inc the 500 is an international race and people from different countries are interested, at least in part, because they identify with drivers from their parts of the world. For me, the initial strong interest was the connection with Scotland. So, yes, there is a connection with this video for me.
