@@NimbzBass forgot I posted this, I'm now 47yrs old, lost 56lbs-use to be 256lbs. Running 10ks and half marathons. Stretch, running in Luna sandals now, and lift, not heavy but light with lots reps. I'm amazed by myself 🤣. An awesome journey for sure, healthy life style is key.

One thing you have to give to Cam is the cross training. There simply aren't that many people who can lift that weight and then run those distances. His running and archery form must be dialed in to avoid injury with that amount of reps.
@hisdud3ness932 жыл бұрын
Yeah dude is a beast, runs half a fucking marathon every single day... He doesnt train legs apart from running because his main goal is bow hunting and endurance, instead he puts 130lb rock in a pack and hikes up a mountain with it.

It's all fun and games until until your 53 years old and your knees and hips need replaced. Cam said anyone could do it and he just chooses to do it. That's just not true, some people have the genetics to do so, others don't and have to make the best of it.

Motion is lotion
@thomasmosby91505 жыл бұрын
Bruh, is that what it comes down to? This genetics shit is stupid. Just go out and do the stuff bro. Stop using that lame excuse just to make your self feel better. If you want to lift, run and shoot bow and arrows, then go do it. You might not be the best, but everyone can get good regardless of genetics. People with better genetics will have an easier time, but the ones that work harder will appreciate it more.

Sean Mulholland my shitty life as an emergency room nurse in a level 1 trauma center, working nights, been in 2 fights this week already (it’s Monday at 6:04pm and will be working again tonight), ummm what else, oh, had a car drop off a body at our door and burned out, person was breathing 4 times a minute and unresponsive. Immediately threw her into a wheelchair, threw her into the resuscitation bay, stuck 2 IVs in her, breathing tube inserted, arterial line placed, triple lumen central line placed (all while her heart rate kept climbing to the 180s-200s and her blood pressure was 40/12, put her on vasopressors, brought the blood pressure back up to normal limits and sent her to the icu. That was the first 2 hours of my Friday night shift. So tell me about your enthralling life? Can’t wait to hear about all the pointless irrelevant shit you have to do to make money. I’m sure it’s just as boring and lazy as mine, you know, where I fuckin save lives. But yeah. Your turn.
