great video :) What I would only discuss is that girl in the audience saying that when she reads Jung she doesn't know what to do with what she reads and knows what to do with Mimi's book...what a pity, what a pity that there are people in the world waiting for others to tell them what to do with their lives...what a pity ! This is why people don't go forward in life, instead of being inspired by others they wait for others to tell them exactly what to do, and I say that very consciously because I am a therapist and I see that people are looking for a kind of a dish-washing-machine-how-to for their own lifes...which actually will never work ! I do love Mimi's and Alex's lifestyle for isnpiration, but people wake up pls and make your own life by your own rules and terms, all is inspiration. And by the way Jung is A MUST READ and people should take time to integrate what they read and not think that everything should be concrete, clear and easy because that's not how life works ! Nowadays, people think that by utilising stuff they read, their life will change in 2 weeks... As Alex and Mimi said and this is also my way of life, it takes time and persistence for everything in life ! MJBpeace Modern wheat has been modified from what humans have evolved to eat, nearly everyone in my family has a bad autoimmune response to it due to the inflammatory properties it has and have all been told by doctors to avoid it. Things like yeast and sourdough cultures go part way toward eating the gut irritants but usually they go into making bread which becomes sticky in the gut and has a higher glycemic index than sugar, if you’re health conscious, have autoimmune diseases in your family such as diabetes and insulin resistance gluten and high carbohydrate foods (wheat) are usually a no go, whether or not you have diagnosed coeliacs disease. What’s more, properly cooked peas and beans do contain high levels of protein and other yummy nutrients, I avoid them myself as eating high carb made me obese and low carb helped me lose over 18 kilos but we don’t know why Mimi has that pasta, maybe she has it for herself and feeds her baby small portions of the incredibly nutritious foods she eats. I hope I’ve answered your question and helped you out with some anecdotes I’ve seen wheat contribute to bad health and diabetes for friends and families, if you can cut it out healthily, do, the absence of it doesn’t prevent you from reaching macro nutrient requirements or mineral and vitamin requirements if you have a well rounded diet.

Common wheat harvest protocol is to drench the wheat fields with Roundup several days before the combine harvesters work through the fields as the practice allows for an earlier, easier and bigger harvest. Roundup significantly disrupts the functioning of beneficial bacteria in the gut and contributes to permeability of the intestinal wall and consequent expression of autoimmune disease symptoms!! It’s SMART to stay away from wheat. Even if you are not gluten intolerant, every human is Roundup intolerant lol

Also because there is gluten like everywhere now, so too much of a kind of food isn't better too. I try to cut on gluten as well as I do for my 2 toddlers for that same reason. Gluten is now genetiquely modified too, and isn't the orignal grains we used to eat in the past centuries.
