I was blessed & very thankful that I've only seen him in concert once but it was definitely worth it!!! It was at the Kansas State Fair one time! I was very lucky since there was so many thunderstorms that went through back to back that night. His opening act ended up cancelling his performance & luckily it had finally stopped raining. That still didn't stop Toby from performing though!!! I had my dream come true that I got to see him in concert & got to hear my favorite song live!!! "The Angry American, Red, White & Blue"!!!
