It pisses me off that this wasn't released as a single. It is easily the best song she's recorded, right next to Naturally. Off The Chain IS the Naturally of A Year Without Rain. I didn't even hear Round and Round and A Year Without Rain play on the radio. I think Off the Chain would've gone platinum like Naturally and played on the radio as much as Naturally or Love You Like a Love Song.
