He doesn’t know the playbook he won’t be calling plays yet. He’s definitely there to be a leader on the field and that’s pretty much as far as it goes. He maybe send the play to the QB but he ain’t calling them.

Here’s the thing - Speaking as a mix race Native American man, I don’t think the Raiders are “trying” to hire a “black” man or a “Latino” man, or a “black” woman , I think the Raiders are just hiring the “right” person, which makes their hiring decisions that much better!! I’m half ways through this segment, I paused it, I have to get something off my chest!😤 Eric Allen, said we ended our rivalry with the Patriots our last 2 victories over them….he’s lying lol! I was a freshman/sophomore in high school during that tuck rule game, the 🐐 Charles Woodson caused a FUMBLE! We will NEVER get over that as Raiders fans! It stings still till today, it’s a void in our heats that won’t ever close. Even if we’re to beat the Patriots forever on out! We would have likely won the Super Bowl that year, Jon Gruden wouldn’t have been traded and we could of possibly been back to back Champions, since we went to the Super Bowl the following year against Gruden. Tim Brown, Jerry Rice, Charles Woodson, Bill Romanowski, Eric Allen, Rod Woodson, Charlie Gardner to name a few. We were ROBBED!!!! And it still hurts! RAIDER NATION!
