I guess with all that money floating around they kinda have to hold pep rally's and little meetings that seem to have no real value in order to keep sponsors happy, I mean, telling a professional cyclist that now is the time you have to focus...I bet they already knew that.

He keeps changing "team" between singular and plural. Some sentences it's singular. "The team is ...." and then a few seconds later he says " the team know they are" - it is one or the other.
