Backyard Calf Saving & Calving Updates

A first time mother cow just had a calf, but she doesn't know which baby is hers! We've got to help them out a bit, and give an update on our calves so far!

So sorry about Waffle. One thing we all do know is that Waffle was cared about and the little fella knew he was valued and loved. Waffle..sweet little calf. 😭 I'm so sorry and this makes me so sad. I was so proud to have had a part in naming him. I was looking forward to watching him grow. Garrett, you're a good steward of the land and your animals. I know this isn't the outcome you had hoped for. I also wanted to mention the red heifer you'd like to have one day and I hope it happens. I'll say a little prayer for solid red baby. In the meantime, we'll just keep trusting the Lord and occupy until He comes. God bless you and your family. ❤🙏

I probably sound like I should be in a straight jacket, but, I love cows and horses. I don't know why, I just do. I'm praying for a red heifer for you. They mean alot in Jerusalem these days. I'm sure you know what I'm talking about. Anyhow, I love watching your channel and I know you love Jesus. My husband and I always love to hear to mention Him at the end of the videos. I remember when the momma cow had waffle and the little heifer so sad the little bull went to the big green pasture in the sky. Hope you are not hurting to much. Just remember all the joy that lil fella gave you and the sweetest memories!

Just as a tribute to Waffle you should keep his twin sister back for a replacement just to see if she might be the 1 in 10 that turns out good,if she turns out a dud you can just keep her for a pet !I’ve only been a sub. For maybe 3 weeks or so,love the channel so keep them coming!🐄🐕

You know you often make reference to Jesus at the end of your videos. I'm here to tell you, Jesus was looking out for you when that wire took your hat off. Any lower and we wouldn't be watching this video. Perhaps a few stringers hanging as a reminder is a good idea going forward and wires that you have to go under is in order
