Great insight. An information for all Indians in India. Here in Malaysia have an army system where after we finish our schooling at 17, the following year is compulsory for us to undergo an army training for a duration of 3-4 months and this applies to both females and males. Thing is, since it's such a huge number, instead they do it by batches where there are 3 batches throughout a year for these youths to undergo these training. Must say, it taught us how to think using a moral compass, where deciding what's right or wrong and you're punished right there and then if you turn to the wrong side. I hope India will implement this in future however considering the huge number of population in India, this will definitely be an expensive cost for the government to implement.
