There are two chances in Chit Fund transaction. One is total saving i.e., taking the chit in last dues. In that time you will get more amount than what you paid. In this condition the difference of the amount will be treated as income and that amount is taxable. At the same time if you take the chit in the bigining you will get lesser amount than what you paid. At that time it will become expenditure. If you use the amount for your business then you can claim as business expenditure. Thank you.

They lend you at 14 to 20 % interest rate...and borrow from you at 8-11%....u pay ur money in 1 yr emi so u feel it is good
