Whoever has feminine issues such as thyroids , pcos, please join yoga and do it regularly. It has helped me a lot to reverse my pcos gradually without any medications. Also, make sure atleast 90% of ur intake is healthy

What she shared about intermittent fasting is absolutely true. I'm some1 who started IMF at my 84kg being very obese after a c-section delivery. IMF helped me to loose 20kg and I'm still in my weight loss journey as according to my BMI i must weigh within 54-58kg. Hope I bring my 64kg to my BMI limits asap.. I had pcos at 70 kgs and was unable to conceive at all .Took so many medications as well .Finally I took 3 month break from work, reduced my weight and lost 9 kgs. 4 th month itself I conceived, my pcos was almost gone and we couldn't believe it. Its good that you lost weight . But recent scientific studies says long term intermittent fasting reduces the life expectancy and create health issues . Just keep fasting as medicine to cure your obesity .Once you get into right shape go with regular eating habit with healthy food . With 8 hours eating window its difficult to meet daily nutrition like protein .

I had 4 abortions . I have primary sjogerence auto immune disease and thyroid issues which no one speaks abt. I took medicine told by immunologist but always problem is at 4 or 5 th scan that baby growth is not there and heart is going weak . Single umbilical cord issue. Me and husband are total different states but they look like genetic problem and this time we have given baby samples to genetic dept. Feeling sooo depressed and dieing
