Just like me, most of us are using UPI based apps almost everyday. Based on my experience, I would say, Google pay sucks. PayTM UPI is much faster.

Google Pay / PhonePe / Paytm UPI All works the same way. UPI is the interface created and maintained by Indian government, where these above apps are just different front end clients that uses the same interface in the back end. So doesn't matter which you use, all are same. Only deciding factor would be request failure rate, in which Paytm UPI has the lowest number and GPay has the highest. In this metric, the lower the number, better the transaction success rate. My preference - Paytm UPI > PhonePe > Gpay. UI can also be a deciding factor for some, in which case, Phonepe has the best UI/UX imho.

True. I have been using PayTM for more than four years for UPI payments, recharges, gas booking, credit card payments, insurance etc. They have never charged me even a rupee all these years. They charge around 5℅ when we use credit card to load money to the wallet and 1℅ for rent payment using credit card. But no charges when we use our linked bank account to load the wallet or pay rent.

I have been using Paytm and Paytm bank for almost 6years now ... And every UPU transactions happens like gpay .. I have faced many problems with gpay,like money debited & not credited resolution is not their immediate.. Other hand in Paytm if payment fails it's returned back to my account immediately means immediately... And Paytm is much faster on UPI plus passbook keeps everything tracked ... Gpay doesn't .. I don't understand why this guy promoting gpay .. may be he gets paid for it .

Yes because phone PE and Paytm can easily charge you their fees and they want you to do more so they make ui easier so you'll lose more money.. but for Google our money is not at all needed for them
