Absolutely exsalant video Steven !! I trust this place!! Most wouldn't entertain this backstage footage! For all sorts of reasons. It's honestly as it should be! Its on my visit list ! For that reason, nice to see watery staff curry! Again a proper job!!!! It's thin but so full of flavour!!!

Yes it takes a lot of hard work to produce the B.I.R restaurant taste its not all down to the base gravy like a lot of people say

Great video thanks , my Indian takeout only use just onions for there base gravy. Adding other ingredients such as carrots peppers potato cabbage is nonsense they say doesn’t bring anything to the taste of the gravy
