Bought these some time ago, and I've set the patch routings accordingly to the pdf. But for some reason the sounds don't come out the way they do as your demo. Like, they come out of tune on mine. Idk what I did wrong or if my 2600 may be defective 🤨

There are references in notes, like OSC 1 is an octave higher than 2, and others, that help to tune a preset. I guess it's almost impossible to tune the oscs, just according to the pictures

Are any of the patches playing in real time, meaning your playing different CV notes into each oscillator for example to get a pluck and drone and arp at the same time or are all the demos multi tracked performances recorded separately and then combined ?

The pdf is beautifully made. The patches themselves, however, are a bit underwhelming and not at all representative of the immense possibilities of the ARP. For 25€ I would have expected more. The original patch book (which you can download online for free) has more interesting sounds.

Well, it's impossible to show all possible 2600 patches. You can create hundreds of patches, including super experimental. It wasn't my goal. I wanted to focus on well-known retro timbres. You can find old arp2600, but there are some problems. It differs in functions. E.g. b2600 has extra LFO. Quality of that scanned old images. No audio examples. No notes and explanations that help a lot to understand this not-too-simple semi-modular synth. No support. Just compare my images and the old scanned ones. Besides timbres the task of the soundset is to help to learn the synth. That was a big work to make these patches in a good quality.
