Behringer 2600 Quick Patch: ENV controlled LFO modulating VCF

A patch breakdown with the Behringer Arp 2600. Here the ADSR envelope controls both the VCF envelope and the onset of the square LFO which is controlling the VCF.

Great video. If you wanted to free up the AR as well you could use the Gate Out to control the VCA. If you run the Gate Out through the Lag you can get a 3rd envelope with an adjustable attack. It also might have been good to mention here how the single/multi trigger switch effects the retriggering of the lfo which might make a difference on this kind of patch. You did a great job explaining this though!

Love the premise baby. Its a hit. A sound effect from outer space that hypnotizes people. And if combined with a beat they have to start dancing. So the sheriff is trying to put a stop to it. "Lfo, the sound that conquered the universe" coming to a reality near you.

Thanks! You know I’m not sure that I have. Lately I’ve been curious about voltage control over multiple modulators - my last video had +6v via an attenuator controlling both LPF and HPF cutoff. I’m releasing one today where I’m manually modulating pitch and LFO frequency. I think I might come back to some patch breakdowns- my curiosity is moving slightly faster than my creativity!
