Behringer Sl 84C vs Behringer B1

Hopefully this year I can have a studio at home, I just bought a Behringer B1 mic, hopefully next month I can buy an audio interface

In total honesty, what do you think of the B1? How much dB of room noise you have average? I found an offer of a Behringer B1 for 60$ with boom arm and it has been used for 2 years. It picks up a lot of room noise?

It picks up some room noise, so it's not great in a noisy environment, but the sound is amazing, I would highly recommend it
