I got that 400 from Sweetwater last year, didn't work, they nicely sent a new one for free, but it stopped after a day, without me liking it much, I don't want to bother them again, I have several used Donner's on their power strip and will be getting that one, thanks,

Wow!! 2 in a row.. that's terrible quality control! I have had mine for 2 years... still works still waters down the tone too much! Donner is better.

can barely hear the donner, more sounds like it's just adding background noise and mud. behringer sounds way more lush and musical to me.

Thanks for commenting! Behringer has a much stronger effect... definitely. It all depends if you like subtle effects or strong n pronounced. Ive noticed most donner equipment is subtle.. which some people like.

Excellent demonstration. Not a huge fan of behringer pedaLs myself. They do have a few cool things out there like the Behringer synthesizer

The berhinger has too many digital artifacts/too digital sounding for me. I bought the Donner. Donner has them for 22.99 right now.

Donner is better and cleaner. I thought the same thing, despite the Word Analog being right on top of the Behringer!

Ironic considering the vd400 is actually analog (CoolAudio V3205) and the yellow fall is digital (pt2399)

Actually the Behringer is a BBD circuit which is analog unlike the donner. The Donner has a 2239 chip that mimics analog. I actually think the recording output effected the sound of the Vd400 because in other videos it sounds great. Lots of people regard these as being just as good if not better than more expensive delay pedals. I agree though the yellow fall sounds good.

Donner without a doubt 😋 In fact it's a good pedal apart from the price. I use one in my pedalboard, and, as we can hear here, the sound is natural
