Unfortunately I'm still waiting on their call. I've never had to wait this long for a repair. But they were moving into a new facility when I dropped it off and still setting up. So soon as I hear something I will post. Gonna call them on Jan 28, 2019 to get an update

@@victortavarez11 just got an update 1/14/2019, but it was from an receptionist and not a tech. Gonna cost $390 to fix. including labor. She said something about the brain has to be replaced. Once I pick it up I will get a better description of what was done and will post. SO I'm patiently waiting

@@victortavarez11 I finally picked up the Behringer X32 February 8, 2019. I talked to the actual tech who worked on the board. He said sometimes you can fixed this situation with a factory reset. The issue could be due to how you have things routed in the board. If it clears the noise with a factory reset the tech recommended don't reload you old setting. START WITH NEW SETTINGS (I.E. SETUP THE BOARD AGAIN FROM SCRATCH). Now this wasn't the case with my board because he tried this and it still continued with the same problem. So the tech ended up replacing the "processing board or the mother(main) board" inside the X32. The tech said this was the easiest solution than trying to track down and pin point the problem. It cost $322 for the parts and $70 for the labor. I got the work done by Lifetime Service Center, 716-632-0216, lifetimeservice.com. The headquarters is in New York but I took mines to their local service center in Riverside, CA which is near me. The tech also stated that this is a known problem with the X32 and he sees this often. He also said although the X32 is an affordable mixer it's still a Behringer and you get what you pay for. I hope this helps.
