Typically it is the same as the main signal. You do have left/right monitor outs so you can get the mix in stereo as it is in the house. If I remember right, you can assign that monitor to carry whatever mix you choose from the internal settings.

I'm running into an issue where I'm only getting a signal out of the left channel of the headphones jack. Any idea how to fix this? I've cycled through all of the headphone source settings but I can't make the mixer send a signal through both channels of the headphones jack.

I'm a noob at this stuff but how can I ring out stage monitors on the x32? I keep getting feedback (of course).

How can I send the talkback signal ONLY to my headphones, BUT NOT to my Main L & R? I have a Behringer X32 Compact (using it in a studio) and my control room monitor speakers are coming out from Output 6 & 7, and there is feedback if I press the talkback mic. And I want to speak to the person whom I am recording but without hearing the console mic in my monitor speakers from control room. Do you know if it is possible this? Thank you!

You can select your Mixbus locations when you press the button "VIEW" it will reach the screen on 2:25 in the video. You can then select your desired mixbuses by scrolling them with the 4th button from the left and pushing them. Hope this helps!
