Aims & Objectives
To help develop a broad understanding of the role of spiritual master as a servant of God
To help students appreciate the mood of Srila Prabhupada as jagat guru and his mission of spreading mercy of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu without prejudice
To help students find ethical means of preaching to people in their role as preachers
To help students introspect in their personal spiritual lives the role of spiritual master as a concrete support system in the advancement of Krsna consciousness
By the end of the session, students shall be able to:
Enumerate a few qualities of spiritual master that highlights his position as a servant of God for his disciples
Explain the mood of spiritual master as an ocean of mercy and state his mission as the representative of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu to spread the mercy by preaching the message
List some do’s and don’ts as spiritual master that highlights ethical handling of his position w.r.t. the disciples
Describe the role of their own spiritual masters as guiding light in their journey of Krsna consciousness
