Great subject Dan! I think i've seen Corporal Ali in some of Fabziy's vlogs, so it's really nice to get to see some more of him! Really great too that you guys are able to shine a light on how the British Army has evolved to help our Muslim brothers and sisters to do thier part to serve the forces for our country. There's not enough said about how many different religions contribute to our forces, be they Muslim, Christian, Jew, Sikh, Buddhist or anything else. They all wear the uniform and they all give 100% to thier Regiment. Have a good week mate, look forward to the next one!

@@thespectre8765 I'm still to do aosb mate...finished uni a few months back, had to do an sct test and did my medical up in Glencourse on Monday. Been deferred for being .2 over the bmi however I Powerlift and do bodybuilder style workouts so my mass is a bit higher. Will be back up in Edinburgh in a month or so when I've cut a little bit. Other than that everything has been class so far.

I was in Royal signals back in 2001 and 9/11 happened during my phase 2 training. Struggled with being a practicing Muslim and Struggled with diet as I was mainly eating chips and pudding.

Was missing my prayers until I got my own room so that affected my performance and mental side of things.

I’m a JS soldier in AFC harrogate doing a long Course Aspiring to join the Yorkshire regiment and i’m a practicing muslim and the Army has been so supportive with everything. You make so many brothers here it’s amazing and they respect you and your religion overall i’m honoured to be in the British Army .

I’m a white soldier, recent convert to Islam. I’m thinking I’d like to grow a beard for religious reasons, but I’m unsure if my regiment would believe me and accept my decision, any help on what to do if this happens?

This has helped me so much :) I’m Muslim and am planning on either joining the army or Air Force to finally be doing more things with my life It may be a bit late, 5 months late but can you ask him something for me? On this I’d like to know what he does on a Friday? Like about going to a mosque or if there are other Muslims there? Because personally one of my favourite parts of the week is going to pray on a Friday

He said he has never usually had a problem getting away to his local Mosque on a friday before, unless something is happening in work where he as been busier than usual. If you speak to your CoC they will usually let you go if they can. I hope this helps

As a white British Christian, I don't want to see any Muslims in any place of influence or authority. This is why. The extremists in your religion run the agenda. You will have no say and will do as you're told by the extremists. See Brigit Gabriel (you're irrelevant).

Beard is allowed as long as it is kept neat and tidy Army was catering for ramadaan and muslim is exempt from arduous work The cookhouse supplies halal meals

What’s the training like brother I would love to join but feel as a heavy smoker I might struggle immensely

The training is challenging at times but very progressive, it would help not to be a mega heavy smoker but if you are it’s not the end of the world and is very accomplish able if you want it enough.
