My little brother has that skin problem too and all we use is baby dove or Cortizone or Aquaphor or eucerin they all work pretty well .

I think you should use cerave I have really bad sensitive skin. Well eczema. And it helps so well. Make sure you get the blue one. Or you can get the cream one. I prefer the blue one.

My daughter had it, too. She had gone under the light, too, for jaundice. My pediatrician told me to use Cetaphil hydrating cream. It worked really well. Oh, and use Dove sensitive skin soap instead of those baby soap.
