This game still confuses me so much. Every playthrough I’ve had does things in the same order, but when I watch other people play, it’s way more randomised. It’s like reloading an XCOM save.
@fuzzyapple Жыл бұрын
I saw someone have a similar issue and that was because they didn't continue the game after one playthrough (aka hitchhiker) but restarted it. So the story always restarted as well. To actually progress through the game, you have to play as 6 different teens I think.
@callumhay5665 Жыл бұрын
To put it simply its randomized for the most part, but certain events will always happen in an order, for example everything involving zoe is in an order and it always happens on set parts of play-throughs so if you always restart you'll never see certain events or get similar orders.
@Hademars Жыл бұрын
Wow Evanz love your content
@tirsden Жыл бұрын
Yeah, you don't want to be starting over fresh after one teen crosses or dies. What you want to do is keep playing with new teens until you finish all the chapters. After that you can do the equivalent of a "new game +" (might even be called that, can't remember) and replay the entire thing with all your tools unlocked. So all the doors you couldn't get into can be lockpicked, codes and safes can be hacked, the lucky-star thing can be used everywhere it shows up, etc. I replayed the game more times than is sane using the "new game +" option in order to see all the endings, 100% of the character story bits, as well as different choices for those story bits.

@The Rook Spoiler warning for the true end of the game!!!!!!!! The 6th runaway you play reaches the wall on election day (assuming you actually make it to the wall) and what goes on there will be heavily depend on every choice you have made across all your characters up to that point, and you will be able to get heavily involved in whatever goes down or escape from it all without getting involved. A revolution can happen, but I haven't seen all the endings so I can't really give much more than that.
@sorrenblitz80510 ай бұрын
@@therook3008 there's technically 3 endings and they all depend on what you do over the course of all six Missing Teens you play as. It's all essentially the same ending if you choose to stay only depending on your choices characters can die or survive. If you leave people die and the country either erupts into full scale revolution or the regime gets toppled in a legitimate election. If you stay, and made the wrong choices people die, and if you made the right choices and choose to stay and fight you die. If you leave the people die and you escape.
