His Presence follows us where ever we go and in His Presence we find His Rest and in His Rest we find peace, it is really a joy to have this every day and every night. Bea, thanks so much for this new meditation! Please keep them coming. Love the prayer meditations. Just what I needed today as my mind is all over the place with holiday preparation, memories of these days gone by and family members that have gone home to be with God. It has centered me for my reading/prayer/journaling time. I especially loved the connection of the breath being the actual active connection to God. I felt that and will try my best to hold that with me today to keep me linked in the present and in His presence. So much to be concerned, worried and dismayed about in the world today, however, if I can apply this moment to moment, cast my care, I know I will have the peace I feel right now. You know I love you and you are the very best! Happy holidays my friend! May you be healthy, happy and blessed in the New Year!
