I have even more respect for you Pastor. Knowing you are the pastor for the Sheriff department is important to me. Thank you for all you do. Wish we lived closer to hear you preach personally. (California)

Amen!!! I try to share Jesus whenever & wherever I go 😇 Many also say, "I share Jesus with my lifestyle & being positive & kind". This is not enough. We must lovingly communicate GRACE, GOD'S RICHES AT CHRIST'S EXPENSE. THANK YOU Pastor Gary for another inspiring & illuminating teaching!✨😇👍

6/19/23 thank you for the message. Most churches are pushing, love, grace and mercy! We have forgotten how to be the salt! The world is becoming darker and darker. As this happens. We the light will stand out more and more in this dark world! This will make the persecution come! Be the salt and be the light in this dark world don’t conform to this community of LGBTQ! Don’t become the culture!

I wish he can elaborate more to those believers( my faith is my private life) who lost their saltiness.Jesus quite blunt about it. Its worthless. Throw it away. Matthew 25:30. Its so crucial to our salvation that Paul "begged" us to live a life that is worthy of his calling. Eph 4:1, 2 Thes 1:11

This is so true! We should not just hoard God's good news within our Christian bubble.. It's supposed to be shared! So that many would be saved.. That's what the Lord calls us to do!

I live near SALTVILLE Va. I have never in nearly 72 years heard anybody in this area call it SAWVILLE. So I say the pastor is wrong in his pronunciation. If I have never heard it called SAWVILLE in 72 years and live in the area then it is probably not called that. Is the guy from New England, where they pronounce yard, yodd and lard lodd.\

Salt is a ref to good. It purifies, as in was used to stop spreading bacteria etc (bad) and was used on crops as a fertiliser because it was feom the dead sea, full of other minerals like potash etc back then. I think it makes rust not prevents though so i will comment on thos point. Cars near beaches rust faster, it is known.

Disobedience. Did you read the passage or not. Jesus is called the Lion of the tribe of Judah. Satan's called a devouring lion. Context matters when you read Bible.

This doesn’t answer the question! salt is a good thing a precious commodity back then why in her disobedience did He make her into something precious!
@lydiabekker1787 ай бұрын
@@melodleroy7408it is different time periods. Lot was in the time of Abraham, before salt became a sought after commodity.
