Eli be carefull with that injury , fix it asp. Foot injury makes calves to compensate , then they get tight so the hamstings and quads overcompensate and then it goes to glues and back and all the way to tight shoulder and neck

even school teachers have to deal with fame....everywhere they go, they get approached by old students, current students, parents of students.....i didnt realize how bad it was until i dated one....its nonstop...we couldnt go anywhere at anytime without being approached by somebody....its really hard for them to have a private life....we basically had to take weekend getaways out of town to have some privacy

HE got burnt years ago as a business individual and gave up. He did not like working under supervision. Yet he failed as an entrepreneur. He got cot up in KZbin video content years ago when IT was new and all the rage. add money for IT was easy to come by. He claimed years ago everybody was writing checks for IT content. He cheated on life when he gave up as a business individual. should have stuck it out our started to work in the IT field instead of KZbin content. it is KZbin's fault. The money is taking good-quality individuals away from areas where we need skilled individuals. KZbin monetization should just be a part-time job. paying $10,000 to $ 15,000 yearly as a supplement to a full-time job. it finally cot up with him.

Eli, seriously try to incorporate some type of strength training. Not to get jacked but just to keep some muscle to protect your body as you work out. Stay healthy man. 🦾

You have to be very careful at 50+ years. Even if you quickly grow the muscle, the bones take 3 years to strengthen and ligaments and tendons are slower to catch up. Without a lot of caution, it's super easy to hurt yourself pretty bad. You can't heal quickly like in your 20's and 30's anymore. But careful strength training is a great idea. I speak from experience. Too gung ho!
