‘I will not live my life in fear’ I love your motto and the positivity you bring. This was a beautiful hike to dedicate to your Dad, what a day for your first snowy climb, it looked glorious. Also can’t wait to see how your first parachute jump goes!

Great Stuff Fiona & Ben - you both deserve a wee dram or 2 after that lol Sorry to hear about your Dad (You are his Legacy) and remember him in those fun/fine moments of laughter, hilarty & him just being Your Dad/Father. You sound like a SAS/US Ranger/Foreign Legionnaire saying adventure on the land/sea or in the air - a tough cookie no doubt lol Plus you've worked offshore on da Rigs - a fine looking Scottish Thistle, treat her well & she'll blossom, treat her badly & she'll cause you a rash with alittle pric or two lol

@@FarForFiona Remember that old saying " Somethings in Life cannot be Taught but need to be Lived" as many of us Adventurers or Adventurous people try to do in whatever way we can. Not all Heros/Heroines are born on the battlefield, crossing the roughest ocean or climbing the biggest mountain. Some if not many do something as simple or basic as forfeiting their share of Xmas/Birthday Cake...so the others can enjoy it & their gesture does not spoil the party or celebration perhaps? Good Luck Lass You are 1 of a kind Unique, living outwith the Norms.

Thanks Stevie. Yes it's been a tough few years but out of the ashes has come great things. That's the way I see it anyway. I wouldn't be doing this had I not gone through that. And I'm having a ball right now! 😁☺

Amazing, what a day! I know it's off-topic but the video work and editing is first class. Everything including the music is so wonderful. Thanks, Fiona, you are an inspiration.

Wow thanks for your lovely comments once more! I spend a lot of time choosing the music and editing the videos to suit, more time than I spend filming so it's great to hear it being appreciated! Thanks for watching and commenting! 😊

Well done Fiona, that was great effort.Love that hill too. I can relate to what youve experienced, one is bad enough but divorce, loss of a parent then your home, same time ,almost overwhelming. But you've found the great outdoors and nothing can touch you on top of a munro or anywhere in nature. It was there before, during and I'm nearly there. Do it while you can - tempus fugit , atb RC

Hi Rob, sorry to hear you've been through a similar experience. You're right, the great outdoors has been a life saver. There is no greater feeling on earth! Thank you for watching and for sharing your thoughts and experiences. It is good to know that there are other survivors out there! All the best. 😊😊

Yes Fin, I get to know myself that little bit better with every new adventure! Not sure it's helping the waistline yet though! 😅
