That filter is genuine and motor is a Panasonic one, with those motors you can actually just screw the original Henry motors bearing housing onto the top of it making the Panasonic motor effectively the same height as the original one, use to always pick up dc25s and dc40s for that reason, the screw holes are already there, it’s just upto you to get the comm off the OG bearing housing and find bolts small enough to attach it
