😂😂😂😂😂compulsory education has been implemented around the world since the 1980s . The problem is that you did not build enough schools and some schools does not have enough teachers due to budget cuts from the ANC . It is a good bill but I see many problems on its way that the same people who drafted the bill will have to clue to remedy
