The projection mapping, screens, and light work is doing SO MUCH in this show! The sparkles in the Peter Pan float were really nice. The theme song was great, and the music mixing throughout was really cool! It feels very Fantasmic/Rivers of Light mixing and I am HERE FOR IT.

@@maui3551 To be fair, OLC did pay for it but it was completely designed by the US WDE team. I’ll also add that the complexity it added to make all of those massive barges squeeze under that bridge to the backstage marina added a LOT to the budget of the show but they supported that.

Yeah those barges where such an eyesore. The moment I saw them I said this will never work the guest will not like it. You wanna be able to see all across the water in the day time. The best thing to me about the 50th anniversary is the lights on Spaceship Earth. Now that is beautiful at night.

I had to watch this again and I will say that this is the type of equipment Harmonious should have used. But I’m still hoping that the harmonious barges get sent to animal kingdom.

Thank you so much for posting this! I hope you’ll be able to just watch the show and review that experience. I have yet to see a single camera shoot of this that really does it justice. It just seems hard to capture the actual experience in camera, at least a single wide angle shot. I also hope they provided you with a loose translation of the dialogue (Especially between Peter & Wendy) as it seems to give such beautiful context for the story line. This might be the reason it touches so many of the local viewers more than those who don’t speak the language.

@@WDWNT lol… Oh, I know!! It’s a very different show from different viewing locations. I DO love seeing the projections on the Mira Costa but also enjoy seeing more of the story from in front of the hotel. It definitely needs several viewings to take it all in.

BraviSEAmo! Is sorely missed. Best nighttime spectacular I’ve seen from Disney and it fit that setting at DisneySea’s Med Harbor so well. With that said? This is a massive replacement for that awful thing they called Fantastmc…bleh.

I've seen full shows of this a few weeks back. And as much I would like to fully love it, I just can't. Overall it's a nice show but it lacks in "wow" factor. The moving screens were not really the best, I expected like actual decorated barges. Would've loved a ton more fountains around the whole area, firework shells would've been nice. I'd still watch when we visit TDS.

I’m not sure whether or not you can truly judge the “WOW factor” viewing this video. It is certainly spectacular in person and has received a lot of votes for the WOW from Japanese audiences that have seen it live.

@@teejohnson893 Tokyo hires based on how many roles an actor can do. Unfortunately, Tiana isn’t as popular over there. Most Tokyo performers have at least 4 other roles they portray. They won’t hire someone for one role. The same reason Fairy Godmother is a masked face. But this just shows Disney’s lacking of POC stories. She might show up in the future, but who knows.
