The amount of work is understood it’s the lack of communication with the customers. It shouldn’t just be waiting for video updates. Don’t get me wrong I love these guys but communication lot updates, house updates should and must be top priority.

I am waiting for the Buffalo Creak lot since last year September. I was told there were delays because of storms but Buffalo Creek will be done by the end of the year. I am Crossing my toes and fingers that it will be ready at least by the end of Winter or by Spring at the latest

@georginataylor3802 Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but you should count on at least TRIPLE whatever you're told by ITH. Randy likes to talk about how he and one other person developed the Brothers Cove resort. So he SHOULD know how long it realistically takes to develop a site. I don't understand why - given his supposed experience in developing resorts - he finds it impossible to give realistic completion dates. Buffalo Creek is BARELY started - there's ONE section of road bulldozed - about 100 feet. And it's been 1 or 2 years to get that done.

Your lucky you got your transformers I live in Newport I was told last June when they came and gave me a price to run electricity it could be up in the spring before I would get a transformer. I decided to go completely off grid and I am thankful for it I have a great power source. They wanted 22k plus or minus 2k that’s just to much for a poor Hillbilly. I have 5k in my system and plan to make about $1500 more upgrades.
