Great video guys! With all the three models that’s just what was needed to explain the whole situation. Just one thing - the new PEBA based foam is something different than boost and their old foam (Freedom) which are both TPU based. Instead, an apt comparison would rather be to the Vaporfly which is also PEBA based. The “bubbly” makeup isn’t necessarily related to the material but is rather supposed to provide greater longevity.

Thanks so much for bringing this to us, at this very moment, really. We no longer can run here at my country. It turns out this the best video I’ve ever seen on your channel! The run footage is just awesome, audio quality gets better than in studio, the backdrop, maybe should try out of studio when Covid-19 is gone. I like these videos when you guys compare a series of shoes. As others have noted, PWRRUN PB is not a TPU like Boost or Everun. It’s PEBA, like ZoomX. PWRRUN+ is the material like Boost and Everun. It certainly doesn’t help that Saucony now uses “PWRRUN” in the name of each of its foams.

Wrong. Peba is not boost. Boost and PWRRUN+ ( in the Triumph 17 and Freedom 3) is TPU. Peba is what Nike uses in their zoomx as well as Reebok in Floatride. The pwwrun pb is beaded for durability but has the same characteristics of the zoomx foam.

First of all, thanks for the excellent video. You guys were great! I am looking for a shoe that's strictly for long runs of 13-20+ miles. I am a huge fan of the Kinvara 11 and basically use them for almost all my training (tempo, long, intervals, hills, fartleks, easy, etc.) with occasional use of the Skechers GOrun Razor 3 Hyper. I have run in them since the K7 and the K11 (in my opinion) is by far the best...so much so that I took my first pair right out of the box onto a 50K road race and it was the best decision I made because they saved my feet and legs/glutes from any undue soreness. So, do you think any of the Endorphin shoes would fit in as a long run trainer? How would you compare the Kinvara 11 to the Endorphin shoes?

Adam Silva It has a rocker tech (Saucony calls it a ‘Speed Roll’), but it’s not as aggresive as HOKA shoes, even though I feel like Shift has a bit more responsiveness in the midsole compared to something like a Bondi.

i dont run marathons, but i am trying to run as much as possible mostly to have better stamina for playing soccer. I'd like to have the best shoe to help me run longer and have less strain on my body. You say endorphin pro is just a race day shoe. Does that mean i shouldnt get it if im not running marathons? I do more of a jog for 3-5 miles when i run. I was thinking if the pro has more bounce it will help me keep going and have less leg pain. So should I get it? Why would i want the shift instead? It seems like what im doing is daily training not racing. Thanks for your video I enjoyed it.

I have run in both the speed and pro. The pro is really nice.........but.......too firm and I felt beat up at the end of long runs. The speed is awesome my legs felt way better, but lacks the pop of the pro. If Saucony took the upper and the "pop" of the pro and put it with the softness of the speed I would throw away my Nike Next%

I think Shift is probably going to be firmer, but the Speed Roll tech makes it a more versatile pair because you can speed up a little bit compared to other max-cushioned shoes.

To explain it in shoes: A foot is about 30cm so 1.5m ≈ 5 feet... What shoe size is a foot such that you can be 5 feet apart and still have your knees touching.. Do you expect me to take this seriously? To explain the distance in other bodyparts: 1.5m is you both stretching your arm out and not being able to touch.
