@@MatthewBlossoms You're 22 or 23, and YOU'RE the jealous one? Well, in a sense, you're right, though, now that you mention it. Technology was good enough in the 80s and 90s to be enjoyable but not stressful like it can be now. I'd hate to be a kid now when your embarrassing moments can be captured and shown to the world.
@KevinSmith-gu7fb4 жыл бұрын
@CanadaQBank It was the same for me. I was in the second grade in 1987-1988, and one of my neighbors who was my age played Debbie Gibson and Tiffani as well as this song a lot (or it seemed like a lot) when I'd go over to her house to play out in her yard. I don't really remember caring too much for "Heaven on Earth" back then, but I guess it's grown on me, since I'm here. :)

To whoever is reading this, you are loved and wanted. You are strong, you are brave and have a beautiful light within you. As much as you may feel like you can’t go on, like you’re nothing and your existence is full of pain and darkness...NEVER give up!! Whether it be grief, depression, anxiety, heartbreak or something else YOU are a warrior. You’ve come this far so don’t give up now. The fact you have come so far through your struggle just shows how incredible you are. How courageous and infinitely powerful you are. No matter how intense the darkness gets, the light within you always takes precedence. Love yourself no matter how hard it is and keep loving others. Look up to the night sky and remember who you are. You are made of stardust, one with the universe. You hold great magic within your soul and you don’t even realise. I don’t know who needed to hear this but I am sending love, light and good vibes your way. 💜💜💜

Neither a mass murderer nor a stoner movie brought me here. What brought me here was hearing this song on the radio after many many years later. I suddenly was hit by a flashback and remembered the song from when I was a kid. I was at a workout place my mom would always go to that would play songs like this, phil collins, etc. I actually liked the vibe, feeling, and sound to it. Which a lot of the older late 80s songs I remember hearing from my very early childhood seem to do for some weird reason. They remind me of that short, simplistic, point in my life where everything was so unique and special. Most people don't remember much from when they were 3 or 4 but some reason I do. So anyways I looked it up and here I am.

Ahhhh ...! I'm smiling when listening to this tune ... Coz those were the days in the 90's to early of 2000's ... It's the best time of early adulthood, clubbing with friends, movies at cinemas, venturing to whatever eateries that was popular, shopping with girly buddies, manicure, hair saloons, beauty saloons, busied dating and holidays at which ever countries or places in this world freely as we wanted. Now ... I don't know where had all these gone to ... Through married but no doubt, all those fun stuffs are seems gone ... Ever since Covid happened. Changes all our lifes and things forever ...

I agree. Livin on a prayer is my favorite song. But the religious like meaning in the song, the change of key in the ending of the song, the length, date of release, and baseline in the chorus make it sound like either they are the same song or the creator of Heaven is a place on earth stole Bon Jovi's song

I died in my sleep, and NO, I wasn't dreaming. Plus, when I came back, I felt the presence of Heaven all over me. It was so wonderful to where I can't even begin to describe it. I gave my life to Jesus on July 24, 1983. And on July 24, 2021, I was extremely tired when I went to sleep and died. But, I woke up in Heaven. And an angel or Jesus was staring me in the face. I couldn't tell which one it was because he was very close staring me in the face. Then, another angel took over and started commanding other angels to go and get me GREAT things because of what I did in my life. Then I saw my dog who passed away many years earlier. My dog looked ghostly and the person who brought my dog (was bent over my dog to restrain her) looked ghostly too. But, me, Jesus and the angel or the two angels we didn't look ghostly; but, we looked solid like physical. Then the angel looked at me and said that I could see my dog but my dog couldn't stay. After the angel said that I was back in my bed too weak to get out of the bed. My husband walked in the room, and I tried to tell him that I just died and went to Heaven. But, it was too hard to speak. However, I felt the presence of Heaven all over me. Heaven felt so good to where I can't even try to describe it! But, when I immediately came back from Heaven, I remembered the great things the angel said to get for me; but, in the morning, I couldn't remember any of the great things the angel said to get for me. I only remember the experience. Then a year later around or on July 24th again, I died again and went to Heaven; but, this time I don't remember what happened when I was in Heaven because it's as if my memory was wiped; so, this time, I only remember Jesus and the singing angels taking me back to my body and the wonderful undescribing presence of Heaven was all over me. 2 Corinthians 5:8 (King James Version) We are confident. I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.
