I am able to pair, but when attaching my phone to the magsafe portion I do not get a solid green light. I even go into camera app and record my face and move around and it does not track. the light stays solid white.

Hello, I just got it today. I love it, but it’s too bad it doesn’t work in cinematic mode on iPhone. It only works in normal, regular video.

it would be awesome if you could program movements. That would more than double the value. 360 photo spheres , robotic camera moments. Face tracking alone is only talking advantage of a small number of things this device could do

Here are more tips and tricks. FIRST, make sure your lighting is adequate. Having poor lighting makes it harder to track you. SECOND, move slowly around your space. This device has a tendency to make stutters when trying to follow you if you move quickly.
