Not quite sure how to phrase the question but hopefully you will get the gist of it. How do you calculate how much the mechanical parts (rotor blade, jesus nut, airframe, engine power output, etc) can support/lift (without it being a danger and strain on the aircraft) and then also by extension how much the helicopter can lift? Perhaps a video on this?
