What a great video. I always find it hard ringing the two. Well done to you! Even after doing a striking course, I think it's really difficult to stay close to the treble without crashing or leaving a too bigger gap. I know why I like the bigger bells and being further round the back!! Was it hard work ringing there? Your tenor ringing was stunning. You were very brave in ringing such a massive bell. Thank you for the belfry video - I LOVE a belfry video.

Thank you for sharing this video I really enjoyed watching it. I haven't had the experience of ringing at a cathedral yet, biggest church I've rung at is the main Church in Solihull which has 12 bells, that's the only time I've rung in a 12 bell tower so far. You did great ringing the tenor too that must be heavy pulling it off to start with and great footage in the tower too, that tower must be really really strong to take the weight of all those big bells particularly when they are being rung.

Did the tenor go up right or do you have to flip the clapper Very hard to check a bell of 72 cwt and get it up right.
