Thanks for sharing your experience and story, I'm on day three of being diagnosed with Bell Palsy, what a truly terrifying experience it has been, from the Panic/anxiety attacks for losing control of this we take for granted on a daily basis, to feelin frustrated and down. Today I decided to KZbin some videos and your first video of your journey showed up, I watched it and was able to connect with your emotions you where feeling at that time, as I was feeling the same way. And now watching this follow up has given me a sense of calm and hope to continue my journey to recovery. My Parents always told me God never gives us a cross we can't carry, I believe my faith in God, my Family's support and message of hope, I know I'll be fine. Again, Thank you for sharing your experience and God Bless you and your Beautiful family.

I can definitely feel the resistance but I’m going to keep fighting 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾 God bless anyone else who is going through this as well we will all be back to ourselves. Keep up the spirits and make sure you have a great team friends family behind you because it’s not going to be a walk in the park, but God doesn’t put you in situations he knows you can’t handle so be positive as hard as it may be YOU HAVE TO KEEP THE FAITH AND LOOK FORWARD TO YOUR BETTER DAYS 💙💙💙

I was outside at work, and too far away to just leave to get a hat. It was windy and very cold air so I felt pain in my ear like if you have an air infection. I felt the pain for several days even though I used a hat on. On friday evening after work I was exhausted and I think maybe a head ache too. I laid in bed and noticed when putting lip balm on that I couldnt smack my lips properly. I was a bit nervous but still fell asleep. Saturday morning I noticed it again and it was worse. my mouth couldnt do normal movement so I went to the emergency room. I was going to meet some friends that day so I still went to say hi straight after and also to find a pharmacy. It got worse just in those few hours. My nose looked slightly pulled as well and my eyebrows were positioned differently and my eye wouldnt close normally. I took the pill and it got slightly worse later that day. I couldnt talk and eat and drink normally. But after that it didnt get worse but didnt get better either before 3,5 weeks in I think. And then it went fast to full recovery. I think 4 weeks and maybe a few days and it was gone.
