I really don't understand all the hate. It outperforms the Blackhawk and the Osprey. We need to get it into production before WW3 starts.

I've been out of the Army going on 4 years now and I deployed to Bagdad Iraq two times and the Uh 60 Black Hawk helicopter flu us into combat and came and got us out dead or alive. I love the V 280 Valor, plus self deployable!!!!, Medivac, when designing something you have to be smart I love it, faster than the black hawk, flying up to 6,000 feet 🤟🏋️🤟🤯🤾🤺🏌️🦸🙌 I love it.

You're absolutely right! The V-280 can indeed fly at an altitude of 15,000 feet. The 6,000 feet we mentioned in the video refers to its maximum service ceiling, which is the altitude where the aircraft, with a normal load, can no longer climb faster than 100 feet per minute under standard air conditions. I think you're still way off on Service Ceiling. If the service ceiling is that low it isn't going to keep climbing to 16k. Perhaps you mean single engine Service Ceiling? Even that would be low.

It is not much larger than the h60 and can fit in 3 of 4 sides of a box made around the h60. People love to overstate it's size.

Too many moving parts for transferring huge power. V-22 has 10 synchronizing shafts. In V-280 are added two angle gear boxes. 14000 hp for 14 troops🤨

@@n3v3rforgott3n9, typical manipulations. Speed - ok. But range of helicopters are very wide. S-92 has around 1000 km against 1600-1700 V-22. And S-92 is very safe and much cheaper. And now the question is - what for we need the range 1700 km?

@@antonkirov1923 You can't even get the numbers correct... not only is the S-92 not a light utility aircraft but the Valor has a ferry range of 3900 KM. Also the S-92 New is 32 mil... Almost like you can do a full combat load into Taiwan from multiple locations or into Korea from Japan and so on. Range is a MASSIVE factor in logistics and troop movement.
