I never knew horses didn’t need to be shod. It’s been several years since I’ve owned my horses and my trainer always told me to keep them well shod. When I was at the training facility they kept track of everyone’s horses. What is it that I don’t know? I’m not trying to be difficult, I never heard of this practice before and I wanted your take on it if you don’t mind. I live in California, are things different where you are?

It depends on how strong their hooves are, Apollo can't go without shoes if he is in full work.

Well looks like you’re not the only one Bella on your toes. Not sure I like the young rider using the crop at the start don’t think it helped her situation. Another rider walking on the road with horse in rein possibly more sensible. Looks like a lot of road but Bella is listening and showing others how to behave. Well done all that training is paying off great job Tara wouldn’t expect anything else from your wealth of experience 👍👍🐴🐴

I keep looking at all the fields and thinking why are they still on the road too! I guess we are all trained now to think of the horses feet and joints at this point! Hope there is a good place to canter on this 10 mile event! A lot of people turned out for it! Just think it was only a few months ago that you took Bella out on her first group ride and event! She is a pro now and an asset to your training Tara! She took to it like a duck in water as they say! Enjoy! (Nice to see a girl on her pony too)🐴⭐️⭐️❤️❤️
