This happened to me too just now...took it out of the package and it won’t stay closed. Also the “power” is practically smudged off. It was a Christmas gift and I don’t know where the receipt is, probably threw it

My Mom has the exact same problem. I was looking forward to some Chicken wings

@@gregtaylor8727 yea I noticed it’s that little lock part on the pan, like it’s shaved down too much and so won’t lock in place...I’ve managed to make it work but yea it’s inconvenient. It says to call them with any problems but I don’t have the receipt so probably moot point.

I have the same problem. I think I'm not meant to have one. I ordered one from Best Buy and it was delivered the same day, but missing the crisping tray. So I took it back this morning and got a new one, which had all the pieces, but on both of them I could not properly replace the drawer. It will not remain flush. I guess I'll return it again tomorrow for good. I've emailed Bella but have to say I'm pretty disappointed.
