There is nothing wrong with the 'handles' I checked your video + what you were demonstrating to be the handle, well that wasn't the handle that was the bumped bar and you should never carry the carrycot by the bumper bar anyway! It isn't recommended by iCandy so its ovs your own mistake! The bumper bar is designed to be held when lifting the carrycot in and out when the baby is NOT in it! You are meant to put the carry cot in and out by holding both sides of it and gently putting it in!
