I think the right thing for Paypal to do would have been to give her a warning after that infringement. And if she keeps breaking the same rules, then she loses the money. I know people say that you should always read the terms and conditions but those are so freaking long and tedious I can’t even focus enough to take all of that information in. And another piece of advice I saw online is to never keep money in your paypal account. Arrange to have it be transferred to your bank account asap because otherwise those crooks could take it from you.
